José Armando Arceo (b. Chicago, USA) and raised in the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago. At a young age he was influenced by artist Rene Hugo Arceo. While a teenager, Jose took on his own graffiti and its influences. Later he joined the Yollocalli Youth Museum where he learned different printmaking techniques, basic drawing & painting, and curating. After Yollocali, he began experimenting with his own approach to mural painting, airbrushing and graffiti. Today he continues to experiment with silkscreen printing, stenciling and tattooing.
