Kathryn A. Budd is an educator, painter and printmaker. She received her BSE and her MSE from Illinois State University. Also, she received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and a Teacher Incentive Grant from the Oppenheimer Foundation. Currently, she is a member of the Chicago Society of Artists and the Elmhurst Artists Guild.
