Guadalupe Anaya (b. 1949 Mexico City) graduated from the Escuela Popular de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in 1994. Since that year she focused on the visual arts creating paintings, sculptures and prints. Guadalupe has participated in eight solo exhibitions and more then forty group shows in Mexico, Central America and United States. She has received prizes and recognizitions in bianual national competitions. Her works are in permanent collections of institutions in Mexico and the United States.
