I made this print in the city of Austin while I was there in an art residency with Coronado Studio SERIE Project. It was part of the 15 annual print production of SERIE. I built on an image I had made earlier (El Cuentista) and added other characters along with nine colors. The central figure is seated poet writing on a notebook while several personages around him go about their business. What surround the poet may just be a product of his imagination.
