Ricardo X. Serment Leyva (b. Chicago, IL) received his BFA from Columbia College Chicago with a concentration in printmaking and his MAT from Dominican University. He also studied at Center of Book and Paper Arts where he incorporates hand-made books, artist’s books, and his prints together. He taught art in the public school sector from 3 years and currently works in the Education Department of the National Museum of Mexican Art. He has exhibited his works throughout the US and in Mexico.
