Thomas Lucas • Fluid Habitat, 2018 Screen print

This print is based on the memories of me and my father going fishing for largemouth bass in the small streams and creeks we would find in Bucks County, Pa. We would find some of these fishing holes in the strangest places like behind the large screen of a drive-in movie theater or along the side of a main road. This was testament to how resilient the largemouth bass was to survive. Fun to catch, the bass was a fighter when hooked and would often jump out of the water.
