Rejin Leys is a Haitian-American mixed media artist based in New York. Exhibited in museums and galleries internationally, her drawings and prints have also been featured in such print publications as Small Axe, Boutures, The North Star Fund’s Annual Report (2000 and 2005), and the Bread & Roses Cultural Project Social Justice Calendar, as well as online publications such as Repeating Islands. In 1995 she was awarded a fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts. Her mobile papermaking studio, the PulpMobile, is a site for community building and creative engagement
